My mission is to capture the authenticity of each moment, the unguarded, intimate instances that often go unnoticed. I want my clients to look back at their photographs and not just see images, but feel the warmth, joy, and love all over again. This isn't about capturing the perfect shot; it's about documenting real life, with all its imperfections and beauty.

My journey photographing people is becoming more and more personal and rooted in a desire to capture the essence of real moments. I've observed the trends in our field, where many of us, myself included, often gravitate towards what's popular or expected. Yet, I've come to realize that this approach doesn't fully resonate with who I am anymore or what I wish to express through my lens.

Photography, to me, is more than just creating visually pleasing images; it's about capturing the unscripted, the spontaneous, the raw emotions of life. I've felt a growing disconnect with the conventional portrayal of perfect, posed moments. It's not just about the aesthetics; it's about the unpolished moment, the real stories; not the ones we create to meet an expectation.

I find myself drawn to the idea of being a 'wedding documentarist' more than a ‘wedding photographer’, focusing less on traditional portraits and more on the candid, unposed moments that truly tell a story. I believe many couples yearn for something different, something that reflects their real experiences and emotions, rather than conforming to a standard template.

I want to create a visual narrative that is as unique and genuine as the people in front of my camera.

Your shoot may or may not require a travel fee, depending on where I am and when it should be. Just contact me and I’ll give you the details.

I’d also love to hear a suggestion of towns, places and locations you think I should visit for a shoot. I love to go to new places and meet new people. And that goes both in Denmark and in Europe. Hit me with your input and let’s make it happen.

Mini Sessions:
You can also keep an eye out for my Mini Sessions. It’s where I bundle up some 15 to 30 minutes shoots with maybe 6-10 time slots in one day. Then you can opt in on available time slots.
Price may vary, but will typically be around 250,- euro.

We feel awkward getting our photos taken.

I hear that all the time from clients. And after the shoot they are all like: "This was just so much fun and not awkward or uncomfortable at all!" For me it's all about trust and having that easy going vibe. And trust me, it's gonna be awesome and you should just think of it as a freakin' fun date!

Do you edit the photos and can we have or buy the unedited?

Yes, I edit them. No, I never deliver unedited pictures. Part of what I do, is selecting the right pictures to tell your story, in the best way possible. And I am good at what I do, so the only images that do not make the cut, are duplicates and testshots.

What is my turnaround?

The timeframe depends on the season, the project and how busy I am. I usually anticipate 6-10 weeks for delivery of the finished images. You do however get a Sneak Peek within a week.

Do we have to pay extra to own the photos??

No, absolutely not. All my work includes a beautiful online gallery, from where you can send, share and download as often as you want. You can download it low-res ready for online use or hi-res ready for print.

What do you do, if you have more requests for the same date?

Transparency is a key factor for me. So I always try to let the couples know, if others have interest in the same date. And then it is simply a matter of who signs the contract first, I cannot hold the date. It is not possible to reserve a date, but I always try to let you know.

How do I work?

I don't pose you in an uncomfortable way. But I am constantly talking to you and giving you directions or little things to do, maybe small adjustment. I'm not leaving you to figure it out yourself. I've got you. But I don't want it to be super posy. When you are having fun and feel safe and comfortable, your love shines through and I get real honest emotions and beautiful pictures of the real you.

What about travel expense and accommodation?

I take care of my own travel. All travel fee ins included, as long as I can get there by regular train and 2W car. Overlay in a standard hotel is also included when you book me for two or more days.

How soon can we book you?

The sooner, the better! Some weddings and elopement are booked a couple of years in advance, other book me with a months notice. So even if you think you are too late, ask. It just might be...

We wanna book you, what do we do?

You just send me a mail through the contact form and I’ll get back to you. We then have a talk and if we wanna you wanna proceed, I send you a contract. When the contract is signed and the first 50% of the fee is payed, the date is locked to you.
